What Is Purple’s Return Policy?

Purple allows for returns or exchanges within 100 days from the date of delivery. Because it can take some time for your body to adjust to the new mattress, Purple does require a 21-day trial period before a return or exchange can be initiated. All returned Purple items must be clean and undamaged to qualify for a refund, and only one exchange will be allowed on your Purple purchase.
