You can get Sorel free shipping when you shop during sales that throw free shipping in with a discount. If for some reason you cannot get free shipping, you’ll pay a flat fee.

The fee is $6 for shipments to US destinations within the 48 contiguous states. You’ll pay $12 for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and to the US Territories. Look up the shipping charge on the Sorel website if shipping to other countries. Sorel ships to the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, France, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Netherlands and Spain.

The Return Policy at Sorel

Sorel gives refunds for products that are returned in the original condition. No timeframe window is given on the website. Once your items have been confirmed to still be in like-new condition, the company will credit your bank. This will happen within seven to 10 business days. Exchanges are not currently being done, so you’ll need to return what you don’t want and then place a new order.

Scroll to the bottom of the home page and click on “Returns” if you want to return something. You’ll be redirected to a form that asks for the order number given to the items you’re returning. You’ll also type in your email and billing zip code. Then you’ll click on “Find Order.”

About Sorel

Columbia Sportswear subsidiary, Sorel, was founded in Ontario, Canada in 1962 by Arthur Ratz Kaufman. Now headquartered in Portland, Oregon, Sorel manufactures and distributes shoes for the entire family. Men’s shoes include sneakers and boots, while women’s shoes include sneakers, sandals and booties. Shoes for kids primarily include boots, but a few slipper selections are also available. In the beginning, Sorel was the name of a line of wintertime work boots that the Kaufman Rubber Company introduced. The line was an immediate success. In 1964, the Kaufman Rubber Company changed its name to Kaufman Footwear. Kaufman Footwear went bankrupt in 2000, but the Sorel trademark was salvaged when Columbia Sportswear purchased it.
