What Is Udemy's Refund Policy?

Udemy has a 30-day refund policy for all of their courses. If you aren't satisfied with your Udemy course and would like to make a return, then you can get your refund by either contacting support directly or clicking "Request a refund" inside of your student dashboard. The button to request a refund is located next to your progress bar for each course. Udemy processes all refunds made on their website back to your original payment method, but they can only give you an account credit if you return a course that you bought through Apple App Store. Since Udemy pays all of their instructors after 30 days, customer support does not usually allow extensions to the standard refund window.

How Can You Contact Udemy?

If you don't have an existing account to log in to, then the best way to contact the Udemy helpdesk is to click the "Chat" bubble in the bottom-right corner. Before you chat with a Udemy support agent, you may want to put your question into Udemy's detailed search engine. The search engine has answers to questions about downloading courses, getting your certificate of completion, and much more. If you have a Udemy For Business account, then you can contact your account manager through your dashboard.

Redeeming a Udemy Coupon

Every course on Udemy has its own sales page, and the sales page is where you redeem your coupon code. To apply a Udemy code, just go to the course that you are interested in, scroll to the right side of the screen, and click the "Apply Coupon" link inside of the registration box.
