Free Shipping at Yoox

Yoox gives free standard shipping on orders totaling over $100. Alternatively, you can apply a Yoox free shipping coupon. If you have no way to get free shipping, you’ll have to pay $9.95 for standard shipping. Your package will arrive between six and eight business days. Express shipping would cost you $19.95, and delivery would take just two to four business days. Due to the time difference between Italy and the United States, the business day after you order is counted as the first business day.

Yoox Newsletter Sign-Up Incentive

There does not appear to be a standing sign-up incentive for subscribing to the newsletter. However, you can find a promo code that gives you at least a 10% discount for signing up. Once signed up, you’ll receive useful information in your inbox.

Yoox Rewards Program Benefits

Rewards programs come and go at Yoox, with the minimum purchase amount required for discounts varying greatly.

The Yoox Return Policy

Yoox gives you 60 days from the day you received your item to return it. Returns must be in their original condition, complete with tags and packaging for Yoox to accept them and refund you. You must ship the package back to Yoox from the same country where you purchased the item.

Use the pre-paid UPS Return Label you received with your order when you prepare your package. Drop your package off at a UPS location. If your return is accepted, Yoox will deduct a $6.95 return fee plus sales tax from your refund.

The Yoox Exchange Policy

Yoox allows exchanges, but only one time. You simply choose “Exchange” when you fill out the Return Form and then indicate the replacement size or color.

If and when your return is accepted, Yoox will ship your replacement to you at the address the original package was shipped to. You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email. If you are not happy with the replacement item, you can send it back as just a return and get a refund.
